**HOW TO USE:**
1. Wet the lashes lightly with lukewarm water
2. Pump a small amount of Bloom Mousse onto a cleansing brush or clean fingertip
3. Gently work the foam through the lashes using downward motions — focus along the lash line where oils and makeup build up
4. Do not scrub harshly or rub side to side
5. Rinse thoroughly with water until all cleanser is gone
6. Pat dry gently with a lint-free towel or tissue
7. Brush through with a clean spoolie once dry to fluff them back up
